We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the exchange process simple and stress-free.


 

Eligibility for Exchanges

 


We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

 


We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

 

 

 

How to Request an Exchange

 


To start an exchange, simply follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact our support team at info@annumbra.com

  2. Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange

  3. Let us know the new size, colour, or item you would prefer

 


Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

 

 

 

Exchange Process

 


After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

 

  • Your exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days

  • The replacement item will be shipped using our tracked delivery service

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
