We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@annumbra.com. Always include your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Annumbra does not offer refunds for items on sale or during promotions. However, you can exchange the product or receive store credit.

Damage and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Courier and Customs Fees 1.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
2. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
3. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is always responsible for the incorrect delivery or for returning the package to the factory.
4. We cannot guarantee that there will be no additional costs when importing the products into the country where the order was placed. We recommend that you contact your local post office for more information.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and assessed your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If so, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@annumbra.com.
